The Singing Woods Project consists of five lots in the quiet area of Silvermine, CT. The first home sold at 6 Singing Woods was a complete ground-up refurbishment of a beautiful California bungalow, which quickly sold. We are now in the process of building new homes on the adjacent lots with 10 Singing Woods to be the first to come to market.
The Singing Woods home design combines an open floor plan with a first floor master bedroom with ensuite, guest bedroom, garage and laundry. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, a den and plenty of attic storage.
