Since 1997, Sandy and Jerry Effren have been in Real Estate together as brokers, investors, builders, developers, and designers. Married in 1982, they have three children and produced hundreds of homes in dozens of communities. Their children have been involved over the years, but Sandy's sister, Kim Hiteshew, has been managing operations for three decades. Winner of the HOBI Project Manager of the Year, Kim continually has zero punch lists from the new home owners.
